1. Warranty Coverage
All AdmitJet products come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty includes the following:
- Defective parts: If your product has any defective parts due to manufacturing, we will replace them free of charge.
- Battery: We provide a 1-year warranty on the battery for any defects in material or workmanship, excluding damage caused by improper handling or use.
- Motor & Electrical Components: The electric motor, controller, and other electrical components are covered under this warranty for defects in manufacturing.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: Including but not limited to tires, brake pads, and other consumables.
- Damage caused by misuse: If the product is damaged due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or modifications that were not authorized by AdmitJet.
- Accidental damage: Including damage caused by accidents, collisions, or improper handling during shipping.
- Battery degradation: Battery performance naturally degrades over time and is not covered under warranty after the first year.
- Cosmetic damages: Such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the product.
3. Warranty Claims Process
If you experience any issues with your AdmitJet product, please follow the steps below to make a warranty claim:

4. Warranty Registration

5. International Warranty
Our warranty policy applies to all products sold worldwide. However, if you purchased an AdmitJet product outside of the country of origin, warranty service may be subject to shipping and handling charges, as well as local import duties.
